After overcoming her own challenges with Lyme, allergies, digestive problems, and dietary restrictions, Nicole decided to become a health coach to help people with similar conditions. Although she covers a wide range of health coaching topics, she focuses mainly on issues regarding Lyme disease, auto-immune conditions, digestive issues, and dietary restrictions. She encourages her clients to set goals and offers support and guidance to help empower them to reach those goals.
